About
I (Rob Irwin) wasn't able to find a solid industrial design podcast, so I thought I'd just start one myself.
I'm a multidisciplinary designer that enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented workplace that is mission-driven to enrich people's lives. I believe that designers are morally obligated to account for human progress and aim for environmental synergy, education, and connection. My motivation is to go beyond consumer insights or technology to acknowledge the social, as well as global implications by creating value-added products, services, and environments.
Some of my award-winning work can be seen across over a dozen categories and has influenced Fortune 500 companies including Amazon, Keurig, Baskin Robbins (Seoul), Coca-Cola, Kimberly-Clark, Kleenex (Global), Tabasco, Folgers, Victor, HGTV, Rocky Mountain Institute, Hershey's, and Georgia Pacific, Abbott.
